Polystyrene foamed crusher DP-3

Crusher  is meant for expandable polystyrene waste, cutting waste from blocks and defective slabs.

Pieces of polystyrene are loaded into the receiving cone, broken into pieces and dumped through the tray. The whole construction is installed on the foundation slab.  Granulated material is loaded to the ageing bunker or directly to the holder pocket.  The crusher is loaded at the rate of 10-15% of the foamed granules’ total amount. It allows making the production technology almost non-waste.
