Belt conveyor

Belt conveyor is designed for the transportation of discrete materials. It is possible to construct belt conveyors of different capacity and sizes.

The belt conveyor consists of the next crucial components: frame with rolls, drive unit, tensioning device, belt, loading and unloading cases.

The frame is a welded construction with the belt guides on it.

The drive unit is a worm gear motor with a hollow shaft. It is placed on the shaft of the drive pulley. The tensioning device is meant for regulation of the belt pull-up. It consists of tail-end pulley, cross slides and two tension screws.
