RS-2500 is designed for the production of foam concrete and polystyrene concrete of various densities. The installation is operated both in stationary conditions and on construction sites. The capacity of the installation is from 12 m3/hour.

The station consists of the following main nodes:

a mixing container (volume 2500 liters) is designed for the preparation of a working mixture;
mixing screw – designed for mixing components;
gear motor for the stirring screw drive;
manual shutter.
