05.06.2019 Aerated and polystyrene concrete plant. Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek

In February 2019, Stroitel-Eurika LLC, production company, from Kyrgyzstan sought assistance of our company. The mentioned company is engaged into manufacturing of paving slabs and concrete blocks in Kyrgyzstan. Taking into account the interests of an emerging construction market, the company’s management decided to create a greater variety of the products they manufacture and buy equipment for manufacturing aerated and EPS concrete blocks. 

As the company wasn’t born yesterday, the company’s management was keen to see and compare equipment in operation by various producers before buying it. For that reason, the Company’s representatives visited Barnaul and Zlatoust. After visiting our company and our clients’ production facilities in Russia and Kazakhstan in operation, which had been running for several years already, and getting professional advisory, the top management of Stroitel-Eureka highly appreciated the advantages of the equipment and technologies offered and signed a contract for an aerated and EPS concrete production line. The equipment was supplied within 45 days. The production line was launched into operation on 05 June 2019. 

The formulas of aerated and EPS concrete with the local raw materials were worked out. And as the Company also bought a mobile machine, i.e. RS-1000 Politern Machine, the Company is able to cast EPS concrete in situ at a construction site. The production line is fully automated and equipped with state-of-the-art units for mold stripping and stacking blocks on pallets which completely rules out manual labour. Stroitel-Eurika has already presented brand new materials at Kyrgyzstan market and is going to become a leader in this region.
