20.03.2020 Aerated Concrete Factory. Kyrgyzstan, Jalal-Abad

In December 2019, some representatives of Zhyluu-Block Company (located in Kyrgyz Republic) reached out to us. Since 2017, the Company has been developing production and application of concrete blocks in construction. Though the equipment available to the Company did not enable it to manufacture high-quality products in the required volumes. After studying what Siberian Construction Technologies offer and visiting a production site in operation, Zhyluu-Block made a decision to buy an aerated concrete production line with the throughput of 50 cu.m per shift. The line was supplied as soon as possible, and in January, the equipment was shipped to the Client. 

The production line includes ARK-004 Automated Cutting Unit which allows to manufacture blocks with perfect geometry. Locally produced cement and sand, as well as POS-15 gas-forming agent, a complex additive manufactured in Russia, are used as raw materials. Application of the complex additive allows for eliminating some components used earlier in such mixtures, while the quality of aerated concrete improves.

In March 2020, Siberian Construction Technologies specialists put this production line in operation. Considering high demand for such products in the region, Zhyluu-Block is planning to become a leader in construction block production and in the future increase the volume of products manufactured.
