In autumn 2021, our Company was approached by people from ZAO Khimservice, Novomoskovsk, Tula Region.
Khimservice Manufacturing Company is a Russian company specializing in development and manufacturing of electrochemical cathodic protection against corrosion for underground pipelines, tanks, marine facilities, as well as internal surface of metal works. The company management decided to diversify and branch out into manufacturing non-autoclaved aerated concrete.
The company men visited several equipment manufacturers and operating production facilities for the sake of comparison. This resulted in choosing our Company. It is important to note that before signing the equipment supply contract, our Company’s technicians carried out research to estimate the opportunities of using local raw materials, in particular MP-1 mineral dust as a non-reactive aggregate for manufacturing aerated concrete. POS-15 additive, manufactured in Russia, was used as a complex foaming agent. As soon as the positive findings were obtained in the research, a contract for equipment supply was signed.
When the equipment was supplied and installed, in March 2022, our Company’s technicians arranged a number of operations for commissioning and start-up of the production line, working out the composition of D400, D500 and D600 aerated concrete grades, as well as training the personnel. By this moment, the company has reached the planned production capacity of 100 cu. m and meets the high demand for wall blocks in the region. The material is manufactured under the Novomoskovsk Aerated Concrete trademark
