01.07.2025 Kaliningrad. Aerated Concrete Plant

In November 2024, a company contacted us with a request to install a fully automated aerated concrete production line in Kaliningrad. In the shortest possible time, our specialists developed a project for placing the line on the customer's production facilities and signed a supply agreement. In December, the production line was shipped to Kaliningrad.  

In June 2025, our company's specialists put the line into operation, tested the production technology and trained the customer's staff. A distinctive feature of this line is the automation of all production processes, starting from the dosing of raw materials and ending with the laying of finished blocks on pallets and packaging. The line allows to produce 50 m3 of finished products per shift with the possibility of increasing productivity if necessary.
