22.09.2025 Donbass Aerated Concrete
In September 2025, a factory for the production of aerated concrete with a capacity of 300 m3 per day was commissioned by our company's specialists at the production facilities of Donbass Aerated Concrete LLC (Donetsk People's Republic).
Aerated concrete is a modern and efficient material that allows for high–quality and fast construction of industrial and residential structures. The plant is equipped with modern equipment that allows automating all production processes, from the preparation, feeding and dosing of raw materials (including an automated complex for drying and sieving sand) to the demoulding of molds, sawing aerated concrete and laying products on pallets. Aerated concrete is produced using a modern complex additive POS-15 and meets all the requirements of GOST.
The products will increase the volume of construction in the region, while reducing its cost. The Republic's free economic zone helps new
industries to develop effectively and provide the republic's construction complex with the necessary materials.
