The production line is fitted with the cutting-edge equipment which includes automated machine for de-walling moulds and stacking blocks on pallets. Also, the production line has automated workflow in feeding and batching raw materials, cutting large blocks into bricks and panels of set dimensions. That enables the manufacturer to rule out manual labour at all the production stages.
Having a huge experience and taking into account interests of the developing construction market, the company has decided to broaden the range of products, so they have started manufacturing aerated concrete and EPS blocks. In 2019, the company installed the production line for manufacturing high-quality EPS and aerated concrete blocks, as well as EPS concrete.
