During production of blown-out and light concrete it is necessary to resolve problem related to disposal of waste which you get cross-cutting mass and cutting off “a top”. This question is absolutely relevant at facilities of high efficiency.
We offer you to take a look at development of our company – “DG-1” crusher. This crusher breaks foamed concrete, gas concrete, polystyrene concrete and etc., with fractions 0-30 mm. resultant material can be used as bulk heat retainer for roofs, floors and other insulation. Usage of the crusher makes blown-out and light concrete production almost nonwaste.
Structurally the crusher consists of receiving hopper, body and two shafts inside it. There are breaking knives on the shafts. The knives are made of carbon steel and undergo thermal treatment, so their friction resistance is higher and the crusher has longer lifetime. Shafts rotation is provided by two gear motors. To receive crushed material there is a charging chute. Control panel adjusts crusher operation.
